I think Lisa's father said it best:
"It's not natural. Parents are supposed to die before their children. But despite the best efforts of the hospital staff, tons of technology, and enough tubing to irrigate the back 40, Lisa died early yesterday* afternoon. When an old person dies we talk about them being at peace and that the ones left behind can share that peace knowing that a full life was lead. Lisa is at peace, but it will be a very long time before we who knew and loved her find peace again. "
